<br /> wHERFAS, in an action f'or partition pending in the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Russell L.
<br /> Geer and Mabel Geer were plaintiffs and The heirs, devisees,
<br /> legatees, per,sonal representatives and all other persons
<br /> interested in the Estate of Ruth Hinsen Geer, deceased, real
<br /> names unl�own, Georgia McClay, a minor, and others, were de-
<br /> fendants, being case No.���_� for the partition of the
<br /> premises hereinafter described, together with other property,
<br /> the undersigned, Re�'eree, appointed by said Court to make
<br /> partition of said real estate, made report in writing, duly
<br /> signed, setting forth that part :of said lands c ould be physic-:4.
<br /> ally partitioned, which report was duly examined by saidc ourt
<br /> and evidence taken, and the court thereupon being satisfied,
<br /> confirmed the same, and thereupon made an order and caused
<br /> the same to be entered, directing me as said Referee to deed
<br /> the premises hereinafter described to Russell L. Geer.
