<br /> � � Know All Men By These Presents, that in pursuance to
<br /> an Order of the Honorable Z'Villiam F. Spikes, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 31st day oP December,
<br /> 1954, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction
<br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter des-
<br /> cribed; that thereupon, I gave notice of the time and plsce of
<br /> said sale as required by law and caused the same to be advertised
<br /> in the Grnnd Island Daily Independent for a period of three weeks
<br /> and at the time and place therein specified, I held the sale on
<br /> the 25th day of February, 1955, and after the sale had been held
<br /> open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction, to Robert
<br /> Brown, he being the highest bidder therefor. That said sale was
<br /> thereupon reported to Judge �;.G. Kroger of the District Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, on the 4th day oi i�:arch, �955 , and
<br /> thereupon, said Judge oP the District Court and by nim all things
<br /> � conPirmed, and I was ordered to Lnake a deed to said premises to
<br /> said purchaser.
<br /> Now, theref ore, I, John F. PI:cCarthy, Administrator oP the
<br /> Estate of Amanda Jones, deceased, in consideration of the premises
<br /> in the sum of Seventy-sever Hundred Doilars ( ,�']�00.0���, so bid and
<br /> bid by Robert Brown, by virtue of the po�vers entrusted in r�e by
<br /> said Order and the proceedings, do by these presents �rar.t , sell,
<br /> and convey unto the said Robert Brown and unto his neirs and as-
