<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that August Reher and Lucy Reher,
<br /> husband and wife, �Ielen Mader and Herman Mader, wife and husband, Sadie
<br /> Schroeder and Louis 0. Schroeder, wife and husband, Anna Rauert and John
<br /> Rauert, wife and husband, Alvin a Wallich, a widow, Frieda Stoltenberg,
<br /> unmarried, Emi�e Eggers and John Eggers, her husband, Carl Stoltenberg,
<br /> single, Fred Stoltenberg and �rupa Stoltenberg, his wife, in consideration
<br /> of �;1.00 and other good and sufficient ennsideration in hand paid, do
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Stanley D. Long and
<br /> Gladys �. Long, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2SE4), except
<br /> such parts of the same as are included in the right-of-
<br /> way and depot grounds of the Chicago, Burlington and
<br /> Quincy Railroad Company, and in Blocks Numbered Nine (9),
<br /> Ten (10) and Eleven (11), and the abutting streets in
<br /> the Original Town of Abbott, aceording to the recorded
<br /> plat theEeof. Also the West One Hundred Sixty �160) Feet
<br /> of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E2SE4) all
<br /> in Section Thirty (30) in Township Twelve (12) North, of
<br /> Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> making in all 75 acres, a little -more or less
<br /> together with all the tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances to
<br /> the same belonging and all the estate, title, power, right of homestead,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of the said grantors, of, in or to the same,
<br /> or any part thereof; subject only to the rights of the present tenant
<br /> whose lease expires Ma�ech l, 1955.

<br /> appurtenances, unto the said grantees as joint tenants, and not as
<br /> tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br /> of the survivor of them, forever, and we the grantors named herein for
<br /> ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant
<br /> with the grantees named herein and with their assigns and with the heirs
<br /> and assigns of the survivor of them, that we are lawfu�ly seized of
<br /> said premises; that they are free from encumbrances, except as stated
<br /> herein, and that we the said grantors have good right and lawful
<br /> authority to sell the same and that �ae will and our heirs, executors
