<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot Thirty Two (32), Hagges' Subaivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point being on the
<br />westerly right-of-way line of William Street; thence northerly along the westerly
<br />right-of-way line of said William Street, a distance of ninety and six hundredths
<br />(90.06) feet to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence continuing northerly
<br />along the westerly right-of-way line of said William Street, a distance of seventy
<br />four and twenty two hundredths (74.22) feet; thence northwesterly along the
<br />westerly right-of-way line of said William Street, a distance of thirteen and thirty
<br />three hundredths (13.33) feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of
<br />Stolley Park Road; thence westerly along the southerly right-of-way line of said
<br />Stolley Park Road, a distance oftwelve and fifty five hundredths (12,55) feet;
<br />thence southerly and twenty (20.0) feet parallel with the westerly right-of-way line
<br />of said William Street, a distan�e of eighty five ($5.0) feet; thence easterly, parallel
<br />with the southerly right-of-way line of said Stolley Park Road, a distance of twenty
<br />(20.0) feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of said William Street, being
<br />the said Point of Beginning.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 0.038 acres,
<br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated 8/16/2011, marked E�ibit "A", attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-descnbed easement and
<br />right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance,
<br />repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of such public utilities and
<br />appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable rnanner.
<br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches necessary for such
<br />public utilities and appurtenances; to remove, clear, and keep clear, trees, bushes, hedges,
<br />undergrowth, and/or any other obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of
<br />such public utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Grantor shall have the right to use the easement and right-of-way for purposes not
<br />inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyrnent of the rights herein granted, provided that Grantor shall
<br />not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property of any kind
