<br /> of the payment of the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff ;
<br /> of said County of Hall should cause the lands and property described in the ;
<br /> Execution to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, �
<br /> default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by
<br /> virtue of the said decree and the Execution to him duly directed, did, on
<br /> ' the 4th day of December, 1954 at the North Front Door of the Court House in the `
<br /> ' City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall, haning first given due and legal
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty days, prior
<br /> thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a leqal newspaper, printed and in
<br /> general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction ,
<br /> to Nellie Eriksen for the sum of Four Thousand Eiqht Hundred and no/100 - - - -
<br /> Dollars, �the total accrued costs of suit and sale neinq $83.72), which sale was
<br /> afterwards on the 3rd day of January 1955, examined and confirmed by the said
<br /> Court and the said, E. H. Stobbe, as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the property
<br /> described in the Execution in fee simple to the said Nellie Eriksen
<br /> ;
<br /> NOirJ, THEREFCRE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall as aforesaid, in
<br /> I ' consideration of the prem�.ses and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br /> the decree of said Court, do here�y give, grant, and convey to the said Nellie
<br /> ; Eriksen, her heirs and assigns, the premises •so as aforesaid sold, to-wit;
<br /> Lot Six f6), Block Twenty-one (21), in the �riqinal Town, now City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
