<br /> Sadie Schroeder and Louis 0. Schroeder, wife and husb and, Anna Rauert
<br /> and John Rauert, wife and husband, Alvina Wallich, a widow, Frieda
<br /> Stoltenberg, unmarried, Emelie Eggers and John Eggers, her husband,
<br /> Carl Stoltenberg, single, Fred Stoltenberg and Emma Stoltenberg, his
<br /> wife, in consideration of one dollar and other good and sufficient
<br /> consideration in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm untA Herman Muhs and Hilda Muhs, as. joint ten ants and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described real estate situated in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit;

<br /> assigns of the survivor of them, that we are lawfully seized of said
