<br /> ing under and by virtue of the Banldng Laws o� the United States of
<br /> America with its principal place of business at �rand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> and Richard E, Stephens, o� Grand Island, Nebraska, Executors under the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Fred B. Winter, deceased, late of Grand Island
<br /> in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, yarties of the first part, and
<br /> William F. Harri.s and Virginia Mae Harris, his wife, as joint tenants titith
<br /> right of survivorship between them, not as tenants in common, both of
<br /> Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, parties of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the Yixst part, the du�y ap-
<br /> pointed, qualified and acting Executors of said Fred B. Wi.nter, deceased,
<br /> under his Last Will and Testament, which is of record in the County
<br /> Court of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, by virtue of the pawer and authority
<br /> granted and conferred upon them under the said '�Till, and in considera-
<br /> tion of the sum of ELEVEN THQUSAND FIVE HiPVDRED DOLIARS (�11,500.00)
