It is understood and agreed that said eaeement or right- <br /> of-way is conveyed to the grantee for the purpose of constructing <br /> tnereon power lines, telephone lines and water mains, as may be <br /> required for the construction, maintenance and operation of the <br /> wells to be constructed thereon by the grantee, and that such right- <br /> of-way may be used far ingress and egress therefor, and it is ex- <br /> pressly understood that such easement or right-of-way may be used <br /> and enjoyed by any authori zed agents, servan ts or employees of the <br /> said grantee� or said (�rantor. <br /> 4. It is understood and agreed that the grantor will plant <br /> no trees, ahrubs or crops upon the right-of-way conveyed to the <br /> grantse, and that the Gran tee will construct no fences along such <br /> right-of-way so that the grantor and her tenants may more easily <br /> farm the balance of the land belonging to the grantor. PROVIDED, <br /> HOWEVER, nothing herein contained shall be construed to prohibit <br /> or prevent the Grantee from constructing and maintaining fences <br /> about the tracts of land identified as No. 1 and No. 2, upon which <br /> the Grantee intends to construct City wells. <br /> 5.
