<br /> and empowered to sell at private sale the real estate of the said
<br /> Anna Nlildenstein hereinafter described:
<br /> And whereas, We, the said guardians, having filed written
<br /> approbation of the County Board of Hall County Nebraska, and having
<br /> caused notice of the order to show cause to be published for three
<br /> successive weeks, and having given bond, ar_d having taken and
<br /> subscribed to the oath required, and having in all tnings fully
<br /> complied with the said order and with the requirements of the statute
<br /> in such cases made and provided, did on tne 25th day of August 195��
<br /> pursuant to the said order, sell at private sale the real estate here-
<br /> irafte?�;,descrii�ed to F'red Schirkofsky for the su� of Ten Dollars;
<br /> and whereas a report of sa.id sale was submitted to the District Court
<br /> of Hall County iVebraska, and wheras an order of Confirmance issued
<br /> therefrom; �
<br /> NOW, TH��FORE, KIvO:J `rE that We, Norman Mildenstein and Irma
<br /> N'ieyer, as guardians of the said Anna I�ildersteir_ aforesaid, by virtue
<br /> of the said power ar_d authority in us vested and in consider�tion of
<br /> the sum of Ten Dollars (�10.00} to us in hand paid by the said rred
<br /> Schirkofsky, the receipt T�rhereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
<br /> grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Fred Schirkofsky all
<br /> that ,tra.ct and parcel of land as follows, to wit:
<br /> An undivided 1/6 interest in and to Lot Six (b) , Block Three
<br /> (3) , in Joehnck's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Count;� of i�all, State of Nebraska
<br /> To have and hold the same, together with all the hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Fred Schirkofsky
<br /> and to his heirs and assigns forever.
