Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />November 7, 2002, wherein Raul D Erives and Marianda Erives, Husband and Wife, are the <br />Trustors, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on November 8, 2002, as Instrument No. 200212356; and contains as trust property <br />the following-described real estate: <br />The Easterly Ten (10) Feet of Lot Two (2) and the West Fifty-Eight (58) Feet of <br />Lot Three, Block Two (2), Pleasant View Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 815 East Bismark Road, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reasan that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br />Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated November 7, 2002, <br />owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />By : <br />Arend R.
