Licensed in the State Nebraska and have searched the records in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska and state as follows: 1. On September 25, 1991, Glenda C. Mesner a1k/a Glenda G. Mesner and Michael E. Mesner, husband and wife, conveyed title to Ray S. Rodriguez and Rose J. Rodriguez by Survivorship Warranty Deed filed September 27, 1991 as Document No. 91-106399 in the Hall County Register of Deed's office. The property was described as follows: Lot Seven (7), Block Four (4), Park Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract on the easterly side thereof more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the easterly line of Lot Seven (7) a distance of 56' 8" southerly from the northeast corner of Lot Seven (7), thence running westerly and parallel to the southerly line of Lot Seven (7), a distance of 6", thence running at right angles northerly and parallel to the easterly line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of 28', thence at right angles in an easterly direction and parallel to the southerly line of Lot Seven (7) a distance of 6" to a point on the easterly line of Lot Seven (7), thence at right angles and in a southerlv direction running along the easterly line of said Lot Seven (7) to the point of beginning 2. There was an error in typing the legal description of the Quitclaim Deed in the underlined portion above as follows: northerly when in fact the legal description should read southerly. 4. On July 20, 2011, Ray S. Rodriguez a./k/a Ray Salinas Rodriguez, a single person executed a Deed of Trust to Centris Federal Credit Union by Deed of Trust filed July 25, 2011 as Document No. 201105457 in the Hall County Register of Deed's office. There was an error in typing the legal description of the
