A connection fee in <br />the amount of the benefit identified below accruing to each property in the district shall be paid <br />to the City of Grand Island at the time such property becomes connected to the water main. No <br />property benefited as determined by this resolution shall be connected to the water main until the <br />connection fee is paid. The connection fees collected shall be paid into the fund from which <br />construction costs were made to replenish such fund for the construction costs. <br />According to the front foot and area of the respective lots, tracts, and real estate within <br />such Water Main District 456T, such benefits are the sums set opposite the descriptions as <br />follows: <br />Name Description Connection Fee <br />Thomas and Elizabeth Beginning at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way $241,244.04 <br />Baxter, Husband & Wife line of Thirteenth (13th) Street and the westerly right-of <br />way line of Engleman Road, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />thence southerly along the said westerly right-of-way line <br />of the Engleman Road, a distance of five thousand two <br />hundred thirty and seven tenths (5,230.7) feet to the <br />northerly right-of-way line of Old Potash Highway; thence <br />westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of said Old <br />Potash Highway, a distance of one hundred sixty seven <br />(167.0) feet; thence northerly parallel with the westerly <br />right-of-way line of said Engleman Road, to the southerly <br />right-of-way line of said Thirteenth (13th) Street; thence <br />easterly along the southerly right-of-way line of said <br />Thirteenth (13th) Street, a distance of one hundred sixty <br />seven (167.0) feet to said Point of Beginning. <br />Teddy Lechner Commencing at the intersection of the southerly right-of- $23,600.01 <br />way line of Thirteenth (13th) Street and the easterly right- <br />Approved as to Form II <br />NnvPmhar d 9l111 TI ritv� A� O\/ <br />
