<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Shelagh G Chope and Thomas F Chope, as Trustor(s), in which United Nebraska Bank is named Beneficiary
<br />and United Nebraska Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on September 19, 1995 as
<br />95-106292 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska, as well as the Modification of
<br />Deed of Trust filed November 8, 2006 as Instrument 0200610006 in Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the
<br />property legally described as:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the NE1/4 of Section 5, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6`� P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NE1/4; thence southerly, along and upon the east line of said NE1/4, a
<br />distance of 2,236.55 feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 04 minutes OS seconds and running westerly, a
<br />distance of 2,193.51 feet; thence deflecting right 84 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds and running northwesterly, a
<br />distance of 80638 feet; thence deflecting right 03 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds and running northwesterly, a
<br />distance of 652.41 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
<br />northeasterly, along and upon said southerly right of way line, a distance of 1,505.08 feet to a point on the north
<br />line of said NE1/4; thence easterly, along and upon the north line of said NE1/4, a distance of 9963 feet to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successar Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
