garbage or sewerage of any kind shall be permitted to be disposed � <br /> in or upon the soil or sand of any lot. All sewerage shall be con- <br /> ducted through pipes or wholly enclosed drains to an adequate and <br /> efficient septic tank or chemical disposal receptacle which shall not <br /> be closer than twenty-five (25) feet to any lot line of the lot on <br /> which it is instailed. All disposal systems must be inspected and <br /> � approved by the Board of Health. <br /> 9. No basement, nbasement house", garage, movable structure <br /> trailer, house trailer, tent, shanties, shed, or temporary buildings <br /> of any kind, shall be used, maintained or occupied on any lot as a <br /> living or dwelling place by any person or persons lield either temporary <br /> or permanently. <br /> The restrictions and conditions hereinbefore set forth shall be <br /> valid and binding and continue in force until February 2, 19�9, at <br /> which time such covenants shall be automatically extended for ten `�- <br /> ( 10) years thereafter and for like periods of ten ( lU) years there- <br /> after, unless by a vote of the majority of the owners of said lots <br /> it is agreed to change such covenants in whole or in part. <br /> It shall be lawful not only for the grantors and their successors <br /> and assigns, but also for the owner or owners of a:�y lot or lots <br /> in such subdivision to institute or prosecute any proceeding at law <br /> or in equity against the person or persons violating or threatening <br /> to violate any one of more of the foregoing conditions, restrictions <br /> and reservations, Provided, that a breach of any such conditions, <br /> restrictions, and reservations shall not defeat or rendered invalid <br /> the lien of any mortgage made in good faith for value as to any such ;k <br /> lot and, Provided, further, that such conditions and restrictions and <br /> reservations shall re�ain at aii times in full force and efiect as <br /> against any owner of any lot for reason of any breach thereof by any <br /> such owner, whether acquired by rurchase, foreclosure, devise, in- <br /> heritance, or in any other mann��r, and, Provided, furthzr, that <br /> sho::ld any one or more of any such conditions, restrictions or reserva- <br /> tions be declared invalid, all other conditions, restrictions and <br /> reservations herein shall continue in full force and effect. <br /> The undersigned; Harry E. :iein, as husband of Ol�a 5ass Hein; <br /> 1 <br />
