<br /> That in pursuance to an order of the Hon. E. G. Kroger, one of the
<br /> judges of the District Court of �1a11 County, j3ebraska, ma.de on the 15th day of
<br /> �arch, A.11,� 195�, I was licensed by said judge to sell at public auction, in
<br /> the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that there—
<br /> upon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale, as requixed by law; that
<br /> I held said sale open for one hour; that I sold said real estate to ��illiam
<br /> � Johnson and �innie Johnson, husba.nd and wife, who reside at 507 West John Street,
<br /> Grand Island, IJebraska, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as
<br /> tenants in co�non, for the sum of $8,600.00, free and clear of all liens�
<br /> encumbrances and taxes, includina the unpaid paving assessments; that said sale
<br /> was thereupon reported to said judge of the �istrict �ourt, and by him in all
<br /> things confirmed by an order made on the 26th day of April, A.D�, 195Lt, and I
<br /> was ordered to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance of said premises to the
<br /> said William Johnson and Minnie Johnson, husband and vri.fe, as �oint tenants
<br /> with right of survivorship and not as tena.nts in common.
<br /> NOW THEREFOtZE, I, Frederick C. �eins, Administrator of the estate of
<br /> Nora Heins, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum of �8�600.00, �
<br /> so bid and paid by the said william Johnson and B�innie Johnson� husband and wife,
<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by sai�? order and proceedings, do by
<br /> these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said �lilliam Johnson and
<br /> �Linnie Johnson, husban� and vrife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
