<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Duane A. Burns, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 13, 2000, executed by OAK FARMS, INC., A Nebraska Corporation,
<br />as Trustor, in which Arthur E. Ostermeier and Dixie L. Ostermeier, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants are named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Recorded as Instrument #
<br />200008501 on the 13�' day of October, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Duane A. Burns, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, has received
<br />from Arthur E. Ostermeier and Dixie L. Ostermeier, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as fo�lows
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2
<br />NW1/4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6�' P.M., thence South on the West line of the Section Three Hundred Seventy (370)
<br />Feet; thence East Four Hundred Twenty (420) Feet; thence North parallel to the West line
<br />of the Section Five Hundred Twenty (520) Feet, thence West Four Hundred Twenty(420)
<br />Feet to the West line of the Section; thence South One Hundred Fifty (150) Feet to the
<br />point of beginning, containing five (5) acres, more or less.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been
<br />fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27 day of October, 2011.
