<br /> defendants, No. I08�7, Doc. 38, Page 197, the plaintiff did on the 28t1� day of August, 19�7, obtain
<br /> a decree finding there �o be due from tize defendant� for general and special impr�vement �axes u�on
<br /> a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Ca�se of Action, No. Eleven, the sum of ��2.$8
