<br /> KNnW ALL MFN BY THESE PR�'SENTS, THAT:
<br /> WHEREAS, in an action of partition r�ending in the District Court of Hall County, �lebraska,
<br /> wherein IneZ G. �s-ritt, a single �erson, was plaintiff, �nd Beverl.ee B. Cook and Wayne Cook, husband
<br /> and ��rlfe; Joyce �night and Harold D. Knight, her rlusband; and Richard D. Britt, were defendants,
<br /> for the partition of the premises hereinaf'ter described, the undersigned referee, appointed by
<br /> said Court to make partition of said real estate, made report in k�riting, duly signed, and setting
<br /> forth that partition of said lands could nc�t be made without great �re,judice to the owners thereof,
<br /> which report was duly examined by said Court, and said Court being s�tisPied therewith confirmed
<br /> the same, and thereupon made an order and caused same to be entered directing me, as said rePeree,
<br /> to sell said premises for cash on confirmation of the sale, and directed such sale to take place
<br /> at the Front Door of the Court House of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> And, in purauance of said order, I caused a no'Gice to be published in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent, a newspaper pr�.nted and in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that I did
<br />, offer said real estate hereinaPter described for sale at the Front Door of the Court House in said
<br /> County on the 22nd day of Auguat, 1g�+7, at 10 0 'clock A.M. , of said day, and at sueh time and place
<br /> statpd in said notice, and a.fter said notice Y�ad been published for more than thirty (30) days, I
<br /> offered said real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Nine (9), of �cudder' s Addition to the Vill�.ge oP Doniphan, Ha11 �County, Nebraska,
<br /> for sale at bublic auction and sold the same to Lena Bartz for the sum of T��TO THOUSAND AND T?�'ENTY-
<br /> �'IVE D�LLARS (�2,025. 00) , she being the highest bidder therefor. And, afterwards on the 2�th day
<br /> of August, 1947, said Court approved and conPirmed said sale, and by order directed me as said
<br /> rePeree to execute to the said Lena Bartz, a deed conveying said lands to her in fee simple.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, I, Caxl E. r�Tillard, referee, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
<br /> Two Thousand and Twenty-Five Dollars (�,025.00) , so bid and paid by the said Lena Bartz, and by
<br /> virtue of the power vested in me by Iaw, do by these nresents, grant, bargain, sell �.nd convey unto
<br /> the said Lena Bartz, and to her heirs and assigns, the real estate described as follows:
<br /> Lot Nine (9) , of Scudder�s Aadition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all ap�urtenances thereto belonging. To have and to hold the sa.me unto her, the said
<br /> Lena Bart� and her heirs and assigns forever.
