<br />, Judge of the t�istrict Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, made on the 20th day of May, 1946, t�e were
<br /> licensed by said Judge 'to sell at public auction in the manner provided by law, the r eal estate
<br /> hereinafter described; th�,t thereupon �re gave notice of t're time and place of said sale as re-
<br /> quired by lakr, after having given 'bond and oath in saia proceedin�s as by law required, and at the
<br /> �ime and place in said notice specified, af'�er said sale had been held open one hour, we sold said
<br /> real estate at public auction to Edward J.Huntemer and Claire B.Huntemer, his �rife, as ,joint
