<br /> 8ix (6) , Block Three �3), Park Place, an Addition to the City of Gr�.nd Island, Hall County, Ne-
<br /> braska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, David L.Reisen, of said City desires to purchase said rea.l estate and h�.s offered to
<br /> pay theref'ore the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-two ��552.00) Dollars, and h�s made a do�rn payment there-
<br /> on to the City Clerk in the sum of Twenty-five (�25.00� Dollars, and off ers to p�y the bal�nce of
<br /> the pur chase price upon delivery to him of a Quit Claim Deed for saic� premises; and
