<br /> public auction, on the premises, in the Gity of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st
<br /> d�,y oP September, 19�-5, at the hour of 2:00 �� cloek in the afternoon o� such day, and a.fter pub-
<br /> lication of said notice, for a period of' more than thirty days, in the manner provided by law,
<br /> at the time and place stated in said notice, I offered said lands for sale at public auction to
<br /> the higizest bidder and after keeping s�id sale open for one hour, I sold said landa described as
<br /> follows, to the persons and at the prices as follows to-wit:

<br /> herein conveyed, havin� complied with the Order of the Court by the payment in full of the
<br /> pur cnase �rice therefor,
<br /> NOL�, THEREFORE, I, Ray M.Hig�ins, REFEREE herein, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Forty Two hundred fifty dolla.rs, so bid and paid by Herbert E. �.�.?�rley and Della Hawley,
<br /> husband and T1�ZiP� and bs� virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by these presents, grant,
<br /> se11 and convey unto the said Herbert E.Hawley and Della Hawley, as ,joint tenants and not as
