<br /> WHEREAS, on the 13th day o� July, 1g45, the same being one of the Judieial days of the regular
<br /> �erm, in an aetion then pending ir� the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial Distriet held in
<br /> anci for Hall County, Nebraska, and entitle�i �ase No. I.0285, A.J.Lueba was by the Judge of said
<br /> court, appointed Referee to make partitivn; and -
<br /> WHEREAS, the said A.J.Luebs filed a report that partition could not be had without great
<br /> pre,�udice to the owners of said real estate, which report was on motion confirmed, and on the
<br /> 17th day of July, 1g�5, the said Re�'eree was ordered to sell said premises by the Judge of said
<br /> Court; a,nd �
<br /> ktI�REA�', in aecordance with said order, the said A.J.Luebs, as Referee filed a banc� eonditioned
<br /> as required by law and as required b� sal�. order, and �iled h1s oath in 'Ghe manner and Porm pro-

<br /> V�HEREAS, the said A.J.Lueb�, Referee, did advsrtise said premises f4r sale in the manner and
<br /> � Porm provided by law, and did on August 21, 19�-5, at the hour of 2:40 0 �c].ock P.M. at the frc�nt
<br /> and main door of the Court Hause in the City oP Grand Island, Hall Cour�ty, Nebraska, being the
<br /> time and place fixed in said notice, at nublic sale sell the following deseribed pr�emises to G1en
<br /> E.Engstrom and Frary M.Engstrom, as ,�oint tenants and not as tenants in conmon, for the �um oP
<br /> �5, 900.00, they being the highe�t and best bidders therePor at public sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, afterwards, to-w�'�; on the 2�th day of August, 1g�+5, said sale taas con��:rmed by the
<br /> Judge of said Court, and the s�.id A.J.Luebs, Referee, was ordered to canvey said premises to the
<br /> said Glen E.Engatrom and Fra,ry M. Engstrom, �.s ,joint tenants and not as tena.nts in common, with the
<br /> further provision that in the event of the death of either said grantee the entire Pee title to
