Wichman, a single person, herein called the Mortgagors, one or more in <br />consideration of Twenty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) of Federal <br />Community Development $lock Grant (CDBG) Funds received from the Housing <br />Development Corporation (HDC), herein called the Mortgagee, does mortgage to the <br />Mortgagee the following described premises situated in Hall County and the State of <br />Nebraska to wit: <br />All of Lot Thirteen {13) and part of Lot Fourteen (14) in the ReSubdivision of Block <br />Four (4), Second Addition to Holcomb's H�ghway Homes Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />isiand, Hall County, Nebraska, that part of said Lot 14, being more particularly described <br />as follaws: Beginning at the iron stake which marks the common corner of Cochin Street <br />of Lots 13 and 14, thence in a Southwesterty directian along the common line between <br />said lots to a stake which marks the common corner of Lots 13,14,16,2, and 3; thence in a <br />Northeasterly direction to a paint which would be 95.0 feet Southwesterly along the <br />common line between said Lots 13,74 and 20 feet Northwesterly at right angles to said lot <br />line; thence Northeaste�ly a distance of approximately 95.0 feet an a line parallel with said <br />common line befinreen said Lots 13 and 14 to a point where said line intersects with Cochin <br />Street; thence Southeasterly along the curved line sepa�atir�g said Lot 14 and Cochin <br />Street, a distance of approximately 20.0 feet to the Place of Beginning. <br />And the Mortgagee dQes hereby covenant with the Mortgagor and with Mortgagor's heirs <br />and assigns that Mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and <br />that Mortgagor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />This mortgage is given to secure the repayment schedule of the Promissory Note and <br />Disclosure Statement, dated November 1, 2Q11, for the deferred loan money to be <br />received by Mortgagor. <br />In the event of a default in the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this <br />mortgage ar the Pramissory Note and Disclosure Statement secured by it, the Mortgagee <br />shall be entitled to immediate possession of the property during such time as mortgage <br />indebtedness remains unpaid. <br />Dated this lst Day of November, 2Q11. <br />...n.� <br />Barrower's Signature - <br />Katherine A.
