<br /> Hazardous S�bstances. The words 'Hazardous Substances" mean materials tha#, because o� their quantity,
<br /> concentration or physical,chesnical or infiectious characteristics,may cause or pose a present or poxential hazard
<br /> to human[�eaith or the environment when improperly used,treated,stored,disposed of,generated,manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise handled. The words"Hazardous Su6stances"are used in Fheir very broadest sense and
<br /> Ir�clude withoUt limitaxion any and all hazardous or toxic subsiances, materials or wasie as defined by or[isted
<br /> under the Envtronmental La�vs. The term"Hazardous St�bsYances"also inclvdes,wtthout IimiFaYion,petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fractivn thereof and asbestos.
<br /> Improvements. The v�ord "Improvements" means all exisiing and fut�rs improvements, budldings, structures,
<br /> mobile horrtes aifiixed on the Real Preperty,facilities, additions, replacemerr[s and other construction en the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The �n�ord 'Indebtedness" means ail principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related L�ocumerrts, together with a[I renevuals of, extensiorGS of,
<br /> modi`ications of, consolidatlons of and substltutfvns for ihe Credit Agreement or Felated Documenis and any

<br /> Lender. The v�ord "Lender" means Equitabls Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "succassors or
<br /> assigns"mean arty persan or company that acquires any interest fn the Credit Agreemeni.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Persona! Property" mean all equipment, fixtares, and other articEes of personal
<br /> property nouv or hereafier ouvned by Trustor, and novu or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> toge±her wit� all accessions, parts, and additions to, a[I replacements of, and all substitutlons for, any of such
<br /> praperty; and together Niith all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> p:emiums}from eny se[e or atF�er disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The vaord"Property"means collecti�ely the Real Property and the Persona]Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Praperry"mean the real property,interests ar�d rights,as further described in this
<br /> Deed a�Trust.
<br /> Ralat�d �ocuments. The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreemerns, mortgages, deeds of trust, securlty
<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and al] other insxruments, agreements and documents, vahether now or hereafter
<br /> exisl9ng,executed in connection�vith the Indehtedness.
<br /> Rents. Tha word "Renis" maans alf present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefits derived from the ProPerty.
