REDMAN, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in <br />consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE, MICHAEL L. REDMAN, quitclaim to <br />GRANTEE, the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, subject to a life estate which the Grantors hereby reserve unto Grantors <br />therein so long as either of the Grantors is living: <br />Lot One (1) and the North Seventeen (17) feet of Lot Three (3), in <br />Block Nineteen (19), in Scarffs Addition to West Lawn in Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />During the term of the life estate reserved unto GRANTORS as provided above, the <br />GRANTEE shall not be responsible for: (a) carrying any insurance on the Subject Property; (b) <br />paying any real estate tax or special assessments levied against the Subject Property; (c) paying <br />any utilities consumed upon the Subject Property; or (d) maintaining or repairing the Subject <br />Property in any manner whatsoever.
