<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtednesS secured by the Construction Security Agreement Deed of
<br />Trust executed by
<br />Housing Plus, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />�ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated Au�ust 4, 2006 and recorded AuQUSt 4, 2006 as _
<br />� Instrument No. 0200606980, in the office of the HALL COUNT'Y REGISTER OF DEED' S OFFICE IN
<br />� HALL COUNT'Y, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />,� of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />� NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />� beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />� reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />� through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the

<br />described remain as heretofore.
