<br /> Warra.nty Deed recor�ded in Book 101 at Page 254 of Deed Records in the off ice of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to the point of beginning, subject, hawever, to the provision regarding proposed streets
<br /> shawn on and contained in said recorded plat of said Voss Subdivision hereinbefore f irst referred to and
<br /> further subject to �he right of way grant in favor of Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., recorded
<br /> in Book f�V�+ at Page 15 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Nall County, Nebraska.
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title,
<br /> dawer, right of homestead, claim or demand whatsaever of the said grantors, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof;
<br /> It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire
<br /> fee simp�e title to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said grante�s and Joint Tenants,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and
<br /> we the grantors, named herein for us and our heirs, executors, and administrators, do covenant with the grantees
<br /> named herein and with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, that we are lawfully
<br /> seized of said premises; that theyare free from incumbrance except as stated herein, and that we the said grantors

<br /> in cot��sideration of Five Hundred Seventy and no/100 ($570.00) DOLLARS in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and c onf irm unto A. V, Lathen and Esther M. Lathen as JOIIVT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common, the f ollawing
