<br /> one of the partners of Abrahamson-Lacy Company, a co-partnership, and Ann D. Lacy, his wife, of the first part, and J.
<br /> F. Abrahamson and Paul Abrahamson, of the second:�part,
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideratinn of the sum of Other valuable consideration and
<br /> One DOLLAR to us duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowbdged have remised, released, and quit-claimed, and by

<br /> assume and agree to pay; also all that part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N�NE4) of Section
<br /> � Twenty-one (21) in Tawnship F.leven (11) North, Ra.nge Nine (9) West of the 6th P..M., described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point wl�re the North line of Oklahoma Avenue in the City of Grand Island, intersects the west
<br /> line of Clark Street in the City of Grand Island thence in a northwesterly direction a ciistance of?144.3 feet,
<br /> parallel with Clark Street; thence in a southwesterly direction parallel with Oklahc�na Avenue a distance of
<br /> 142.5 feet, thence in a southeasterly direction parallel with Clark Street 144.6 feet, thence in an easterly
