<br /> � Twenty-one (21) in Tawnship F.leven (11) North, Ra.nge Nine (9) West of the 6th P..M., described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point wl�re the North line of Oklahoma Avenue in the City of Grand Island, intersects the west
<br /> line of Clark Street in the City of Grand Island thence in a northwesterly direction a ciistance of?144.3 feet,
