<br /> of the laws of the State of Nebra.ska, party of the first part, and Mr. & Mrs. W. L. Heupel of the County of Hall, and
<br /> State of Nebraska, party of the second pa.rt: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of Forty Dollars no/100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, rec�eipt whereof is her�by ackno�aledged has sold and by these
<br /> presents does grant, convey and confirm unto the said partan af the second part, the f ollawing described premises, to-

<br /> secnnd part and their heirs and assigns, tha.t at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully
<br /> seized of sa�d premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from
<br /> encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br /> whomsoever. In witness whereof. the said Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Association has hereunt o caused its corporate seal
