<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging unto the said Abrahamson Building and Supplp Co.,
<br /> And the said N. P. Dodge Corporation for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the
