<br /> Know all men by these presen�s that;
<br /> WHEREAS, in an aetion of partition pending in the District Court of Hall County, wherein Bert
<br /> McBride ig plaintiff and G7adys McBride et als, are defendants for the parti�ion of the premises
<br /> herein after described, the undersigned Referee, appoin�ed by the said Court to make partition of
<br /> said rer�,l estate, made repor� in writing, duly signed, set�in�; forth that partition of said landa
<br /> could not be made without grea� pre�udice to th� owners thereof, which report was duly examined by
<br /> said Cour� , and said Cour� bein� satigfied therewith confirmed the same, and �hereupon made an

<br /> Conroy, a deed conveying said lands to him in fee simple.
