<br /> WHEREAS, in an aetion of partition pending in the District Court of Hall County, wherein Bert
<br /> McBride ig plaintiff and G7adys McBride et als, are defendants for the parti�ion of the premises
<br /> herein after described, the undersigned Referee, appoin�ed by the said Court to make partition of
<br /> said rer�,l estate, made repor� in writing, duly signed, set�in�; forth that partition of said landa
