<br /> on the 31st day of March, 1952, filed our petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to sell the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described; that on the same day, the Court entered an order fixing the 2nd day of Ma.y, I952, at
<br /> 10:00 A,M., as the time f or hearing on said petition, and thereupon, we gave nc�tice of the time and place of said
<br /> hearing as required by law, and that upon said hearing said Judge of the District Court approved said petition to
<br /> sell the described reak Pstate and we were ordered to make a deed of said premises to the purchaser.
