<br /> cessors does hereby represent and covenant that the t'Public Highway" recited to be dedicated in deed recorded in Book
<br /> 20 on Page 354 af Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has not been accepted by the Public, and has not been used
<br /> by the public, and, such Chicago, Burlington � Quincy Railroad Company, being the owner of all of the lands affected by
<br /> such recital of dedication does hereby revoke and vacate such dedication as recited in t he deed in said Book 20
<br /> on Page 354.
<br /> It is further the intention of this conveyance that the real property herein is conve�ed free and clear of
<br /> dedication recited in such deed in such Book 20 on Page 35a.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances
<br /> thereunto be]_onging unto said The Texas Company.
<br /> And the said Chicago, Burlington �.a Quincy Railroad Company for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant and
<br /> • agree to and with the said oarty of the second part and its successors and assigns, that at the time af the execution
<br /> and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to
<br /> convey the same; thaC they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises
<br /> against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
