<br /> estate hereinafter described; that on the same day, the Court entered an order fixing the 2nd day of May, 1952, at
<br /> 10:00 A. M., as the time f or hearing on said petition, and thereupon, we gave notice of the �ime and place of said
<br /> hearing as required by law, and that upon said hearing said Judge of the District Court approeed said petition to sell
<br /> the described real estate and we were ordered to make a deed of said premises to the purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, we, Fred Hardekopf,Julius Daberkaw and I.ea2and Rohinson, trustees of the Salem Evangelical United
