<br /> aaction, in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon legal notice of the
<br /> time and place of said sale was given, as required by laW, and at the time and place thereitt specified, after said
<br /> sale had been open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to William J. Bacon of Grand Island, Hall County,
