<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the Distr�ct Cburt of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State�of Nebrasls, �ithi.n
<br /> and for the County of Hall, wherein Hall County, Nebraska, is plaintiff and Johanna Bosael�an, widaw et al., are
<br />' defendants, No. 24, Doc. 1, Page 253-263, the plaintiff did on the 2nd day of Febrnary, 1951, obtain a decree
<br /> finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvemerrt taxes apon a Certificate of Tax Sale
<br /> and subsequent taaes, in Cause of Action, No. 2, the dua� of $21.89, accruing interest and costs of the suit, and Whereas,
<br /> it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of' the payment of the swa so f ound due fro� the
<br /> said defendants that the Sheriff of said Countq of Hall should cause the lands ard tene�nents hereinafter described to
<br /> be advertised and sold according to laW to paq the same, and, whereas, de�ault having been made therein, the said
<br /> Sheriff of said Coantq, urder aixi by virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him dulp directed, did, on the
<br /> lSth day of April, 1951, at the North Front Door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall�
