<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Bernhard Voss and Wilhelmina Voss, his wife, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br /> other valuable consideration, in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto C. Harrq Ericksen
<br /> and Hertha Ericksen, his wife, as Joint Tenants, and not as tenants in common, the follawing described real estate,
<br /> situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, t o-wit:

<br /> subject to the provisions regarding proposed streets shawn on and contained in the plat of said Voss Subdivision,
<br /> recorded in Book 81 at Page '72 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; also subject to Righ�-0f-Way Grant in
<br /> favor of Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., recorded in Book rrVtt at Page 15 of Miscellaneous Records in the
<br /> office: of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> It being the intention of al.l parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the tntire
<br /> fee simple title to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said grantees as Joint Tenants,
<br /> and not as tenants in conunon, and to their assigns, �r to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and
<br /> we the grantors named herein for us and our heirs, executors, and administrators, do covenant with the grantees named
<br /> herein and with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor �' them, that we are lawfully seized of �
<br /> said premises; that they are free from incumbrance exc�pt as stated herein, and that we the said grantors have good right
