<br /> l�ebraska, belonging to the said City of Gr�nd Island, to Oscar E. and Anna W. Hild, husband and
<br /> wlfe of said city; pr oviding for the �iving of riotice of said sale and givir� the terms thereoP;
<br /> and, providing for the ri�ht to �f.le a remonstr�nee ag�inst such sale.
<br /> BE IT ORDANINED B�' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �F GRAND ISL.AND, NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTI�N 1. That the sale oP the real estate c?.escribed as Lot Sfxteen (16) , Block Ten (10�
<br /> � in Bogg�s & Hills, an Addition to the City of Grand Islan d, H�ll County, Nebraska, belongin� to the
<br /> said City of C�rand Isla.nd, to Oscar E. and Anna W. Hild, husband and wife,be �.nd the same is hereby
<br /> directed, authorized and confirmed.
<br /> SECTION 2. The manner and terms of said e�3..e of sueh real estate are as f'ollows: The
<br /> purchasere have a�;reed to pay the sum oY One Hundred Forty-five (�1�5) Dollare Porthe same and have
<br /> paid the sum of Twenty-five (�25) Dollara as dawn payment thereon, �and �he balanee of One Hundred
<br /> Twen�y (�120) Dollara will be �.d in Pull upon delivery of a b�ult C�im Deed by the City to the

<br /> �or three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper pu�lished inand oP

<br /> of this ordinance, and the �ity Clerk is hereb.y diree'�ed and instructed to prepare and publish said �
<br /> notice.
<br /> SECTION �. Authority �s hernby granted to the electors of the City oP Grand Island, to file
<br /> a remonstr�nce against the sgle of the within described real estate; and if a remonstrance against
<br /> the sale signed by le�al electors of sai d oit� eQUal in number to thirty per cent (30�) of the
<br /> electors of the �ity oP Grand Island, voting atthe last regular election held in said City be �iled
<br /> with the City Couneil within thirty days after the passa�e and uublication of this ordinance, such
<br /> p�aoperty sha11 not �hen, nor within one year thereafter be sold.
<br /> SECTIQN 5. The sa3e of said real estate is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed; and if
<br /> no remonstrance be filed a ainst sueh sale th president of the Cit Couneil and Cit Clerk shall
