<br /> ($50.00), in hand paid, does hereby quitclaim and convey to Herbert T. White, of Omaha, Nebraska, an undivided one-half
<br /> and an undivided one-half to Clarence A. Lawry and Louise Lowry of Cairo, Nebraska, as joint tenants and not as tenants
<br /> in common, the heirs and assigns of the survivor, all of its right, title, and interest in andlto the oil, gas, and
