The terms of such sale are as f ollaws: The said Elden Rasmussen has agreed to pay to the City of Grand <br /> Island the sum of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dol]_ars for a Quit Claim Deed for said �bremises in order to remove a cl oud from <br /> the title to the same and the City of Grand Island shall not be required to furnish an Abstract of Title. � <br /> SECTION 3. As provided by law, notice of such s�rle and the te�ns thereof shall be published for three consecutive <br /> weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general ci.rculation i� said City of Grand <br /> Island, imnediately after the passage and publication of this ordinance, and the City Clerk is hereby directed and <br /> instructed to prepare and publish said notice. <br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the Citp of Grand Island, to file a remo�tstranGe against <br /> the sale of the within described real estate; and if a remonstrance against the sale signed bp legal electors of said <br />
