<br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby gra.nted to the electors of the City of Grand Island, to file a remonstrance against
<br /> the sale of the within described real Qstate; and if a remonstrance against the sa.le signed by legal electors of said
<br /> city equal in -number fro thirty per cent (30,'I) of the electors of the City of Grand Island, voting at the last regular
<br /> � election held in said �ity be filed with the City Council within thirty days after the p�ssage and publication of this `�� �
<br /> ordinar.ce, such property shall not then, nor within one year thereafter be sold. ;
