<br /> the District Court of Hall Cou�ty, Nebraska, made on the 9th day of November, 1948, I was licensed by said judge to
<br /> sell at public auction, in the manner provided hy law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave
<br /> notice of the date and place of said sale, as required by law, that the time and place therein specified after said
<br /> sale had been held open one hour, sold said real estate a.t public auction to Rosa Dowd of Schuyler, Nebraska f or the sum
<br /> of $555.00, free and clear of all liens, ta,a�es and encumbrances, she being the highest bidder therefor; that said sale
<br /> was thereupon reported to the judge of the I1�strict Court and by him in all things confirmed by an order made on the
<br /> lOth day of December, 1948, and I was ordered to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance of said premises to the said
<br /> Rosa Dowd.
<br /> NOW, THFR]EFORE, I, H. T. McKee� administrator of the estate of Mary Caroline McNergney� deceased, in consideration
<br /> of the premises and the sum of $555.00 so bid and paid bp the said Rosa Dowd, and by virtue of the powers vested in m�
<br /> by said order and proceedings, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Rosa Dowd, Lot 2 in
<br /> Block 3 of Col7..ege Addition to West Lawn an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVF. AND TO HOLD said premises together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, thereunto
