<br /> That TEiE WOOD RIVER CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, of the �illage of Wood River, in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska
<br /> in consideration of the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) Dollars, in hand paid does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
<br /> conney unto Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Mead of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, grantee, the following described Lot
<br /> or Lots of land situated in the Wood River Cemetery, in the Towns�ip `of Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska, to�it:
<br /> One-half of Lot 68, New Addition
<br /> and all the estate, r ight, title and interest whatsoever of the said grantor in and to the s�ame and every part thereof.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described Lot or Lots unto the said Mr. and Mrs, A. Mead, grantee The�.r heirs and
<br /> assigns forever and the said grantor hereby covenants t�ith the said grantee that it holds said premises by a good and
<br /> perfect title and has good right and authority to sell and convey the same and that same are free and clear of a 11
<br /> claims and incumbrances whatsoever and the said Wood River Cemetery Association hereby covenants to warrant and defend
<br /> said premises against the lawful claims of a11 persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is further agreed and understood that the above described property is sold and assigned for the purpose of
<br /> interment only and to be used for no other purpose, subject, however, to the provisions and restrictions of the Laws of
<br /> the state of Nebraska relating to Cemetery Associations and to all acts and laws of the Legisl•ature of the State of
<br /> Nebraska which have been or rnay be lawfully enacted respecting Cemetery Associations and also snbject to the conditions
<br /> and limitations and with the privilege and restrictions specified by the rules and regulations of said Wood River
<br /> Cemetery Association now in force or that may be hereafter adopted by it not in confiict with the laws of the State of
<br /> Nebraska which rules and regulations as hereby apecified are made a part of this conveyance.
<br /> IN TESTIMONY whereof the Wood River Cemetery Association has caused these presents to be signed by its President
<br /> and countersigned by its secretary and the corporate seal of said asso�iation to be hereunto affixed this lOth day of
<br /> December A. D. 1947.
