<br /> arad for the County of Hall whereir. Th� County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is plaintiff and Jacob Feldma,nn and
<br /> Feldmann, real true name unknown, his wife, et als., are d�fendants, r?o. 25, Doc. 1, Page 264-274, the plaintiff ,
<br /> did on the 18th day of Apri1 1951, obtain a decree finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special
<br /> improvement tasces upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of A.ction No. $, the sum of $?.79 ,
<br /> accruing interest and costs of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that
<br /> in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the said def�ndants that th� Sheriff of said County of Hall
<br /> should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same,
<br /> and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree
<br /> and the order of sale to him duly direc�ed, did, on the 20th day of June, 1951, at the North Front Door of the Court
<br /> House in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper,
<br /> printed and in gen�ral circulation in said County of Hall, sell said pr�mises at public auction to Anna M. Welsh and
<br /> Robert B. Welsh, as J�INT TEI�ANTS WITH SURVIVORSHIP Ah'D NOT AS TENAI�'TS IN COMr10N; for the sum of Forty-Seven and
<br /> no�100 - - - - Dollars, (the total aecrued costs of suit and sale being $28.97), which sale was afterwards on the llth
<br /> day of ,�uly, 1951, examined and confirmed by the said Court and the sa.id E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to
<br /> convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Anna M. Welsh and Robert B. Welsh, As Joint Tenants with Survivor-
<br /> ship and not as tenants in common.
<br /> NOW THFREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as af oresaid, in consideration of the prem:ises and by
<br /> virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to the said
<br /> Anna M. Welsh and Robert B. W�l.sh, As Joint Tenants with Survivorship and not as tenants in coimnon, heirs and assigns,
<br /> the premises so as af oresaid sold, to wit:
<br /> Lot Five (5) Block Sixteen (16) in West View, an Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded,
<br /> with the appurtenances.
<br /> IT BEING THF II�TENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE FVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE
<br /> FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN THF SURVIVING GRANTEE.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Anna M. Welsh and Robert B. Welsh, as JOINT TFI�?ANTS WITH SURVIVORSHIP
