<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of h'ebraska, with-
<br /> in and f or the County of Ha11 wherein Hall County, Nebraska, is plaintiff and Jacob Feldmann and Feldmann,
<br /> real true name unknown, his wife, et als are defendants, l�o. 25, Doc. 1, Page 264-274, the plaintiff did on the 18th
<br /> day of April, 1951, obtain a decree finding there to be due from the defendants f or general and special improvement
<br /> taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No.10, the sum of $15.24, accruing
<br /> interest and costs of the suit, and whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default
<br /> of the payment of the stam so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hail should cause
<br /> the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and,
<br /> whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree
<br /> and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 20th day of June, I951, at the North Front Door of the Court
<br /> House in the City of Grand Isla.nd, in said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale f or not less than thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal news-
<br /> paper, printed and in general circulation in said Conn.ty of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Charles E.
