<br /> possibly might arise on account of the fact that said premises constituted the homestead of the grantors in this deed,
<br /> and which f ormer deed above described was executed, acknowledged and delivered only by said Linda R. Mayer and not
<br /> joined in as a grantor by her husband.
<br /> Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the Estate, Right,
<br /> Title, Interest, Claim or Demand whatsoever; including Dower, Curtesy and Homestead Rights of the said Linda R. Mayer
