<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action i.n the District Court of the Fleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for the County of Hall wherein The County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is plaintiff and �acob Feldmann and
<br /> Feldmann, real true name unknown, his wife, et als., are defendants, No. 25, Doc l, Page 264-274, the plaintiff
<br /> did on the lAth day of April 1951, obtain a decree finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special
<br /> improvement ta�ces upon a Certificate of Ta.�c Sale and suhsequent taaces, in Cause of Aetion No. 2, �he sum of $6.83,
<br /> accruing interest and costs of the suit, and whereas, it was then and there further ardered in the said action that i.n
<br /> default of the payment of the sum; so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should
<br /> cause the: lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and,
<br /> whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree and
<br /> the order of sale to him duly d�rected, did, on the 20th day of June, 1951, at the North Front Door of the Eourt House
<br /> in the City of Grand Island, in sa.id County of ---, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br />' said sale f or not less than thirty days prior thereto in The Grand Island Daily Independent a legal newspaper, printed
<br />� and in general circulation in sai.d County of Hall sell said premises at public auctian to Emil M. C. Lucht F� Dora Y.
<br /> Lucht, as JOINT TENA�\'TS WITH SURVIVORSHIP AND NOT AS TE1V'ANTS Il�T COMMON: for the sum of F.orty and no�100 Dollars, (the
<br /> total accrued costs of suit and sale being $28.84), which sale was afterwards on the llth day of July, 1951, examined
<br /> and confirmed by the sai.d Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee
<br /> simple to the said Emi1 M. C' Lucht E� Dora Y. Lucht as Joint Tenants with survivorship and not as tenants in common.
<br /> t NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff'of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by
<br /> virtue of �he powers vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to the said
