<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 18th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one, between Sarah H, bieken,
<br /> unmarried, ar.� t�'ilt H. Dieken, unmarried, parties of the first part, and Harm N. Dieken, brother of the grantors, party
<br /> of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of �he sum of one dollar and
<br /> other valuable considerations to them duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released, and
<br /> quit-cliamed, and by these presents do for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release, and
<br /> forever quit-clai.m and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns f orever, a11 their
<br /> right, title, interest, estate and claim and dema.nd, both at law and in equity, of, in and to all of the North half of
