<br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of November in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty by and between Alonzo
<br /> Cochell, a single person, of the County of Alameda, State of California, party of the first part, and Charles Cassidy
<br /> of the County of Garfield, State of Nebraska partp of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and
<br /> valuable considerataon to him duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknort,rledged, has remised, released, and quit-

<br /> KNQW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That pursuant to an order of the Honorable E. G. Kroger, Judge of the , �
<br /> District Cdurt of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 8th day of December, 1950, I was licensed by said Judge to sell
<br /> at public auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave oath and
<br /> bond as provided and required by law, which were duly approved in the manner and form prescribed bp law, and thereupon
<br /> I gave notice of the time and place of the said sale as required by law, and at the time and place therein specified, �
<br /> after the said sale had been held open f or one hour, I sold the said real estate at public auction to C. L. Evans, he
<br /> being the highest bidder therefor; that the said sale was thereupon reported to the said J�xige of the District Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska and by him in all things confirmed, and I was ordered �o make a deed of said premises to the said
