<br /> of the sum; of Eighteen and ?5/100 Dollars in hand paid, does hereby sell and convey unto the said grantee the �'ollawing
<br /> real estate, situated in Hall county, in the State of Nebraska, to wit: North � - 3 graves spaces , Lot No. 167, in
